About Me

RichPaulsonPhotography: Born in Burbank,Ca. I became interested in photography at a young age. My father took motion pictures as well as stills. Growing up with the "Polaroid" was state of the art at that time. At age 15, My brother Ken talked our parents into giving me money to buy my first camera while attending the Boy Scout World Jamboree in Japan. A 35mm Nikon FTN with three prme lenses. 40+ years later and I am still loving it! I worked in the Graphic Arts Industry for 31 years. I then took on a job that gave me more free time to explore my options in my own company of 10 years, Runaway Design.
